Please adhere to the following house rules: GENERAL: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Any extra guests/temporary visitors must be pre approved with host (not applicable for mid/long term stays). NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Tampering with the Security system/cameras in any way will result in the cancellation of reservations without a refund plus the cost of damage to the item. Actions considered tampering include but not limited to covering, unplugging, breaking, shifting, etc. Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after agreed upon checkout time is an additional $50. Make sure to approve late checkout for smaller fee and avoid the extra unapproved fees. Lost/Broken items (TV, remotes, glassware, furniture, etc.) will incur a replacement cost SMOKING: Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere inside the home. Smoking is permitted in the backyard. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground/or in the grass. Smoking of any kind will result in a $300 Charge and possible termination of the reservation without a refund. QUIET HOURS: Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am Do not disrespect Neighbors. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, etc. No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. CLEANING/TOWELS/LINENS: ONLY use makeup removal wipes or black makeup towels for removing makeup DO NOT flush anything other than bodily waste and toilet tissue. This will prevent the toilet from clogging/overflowing during your stay. Any white towels or linens missing or stained with irremovable stains (removable stains like food, dirt, etc. are permissible) will incur a replacement fee. TRASH: Trash day is every Friday. Make sure the large can is brought to the curb BEFORE the Friday prior to your checkout. Recycle comes every other Friday. ALL TRASH/WASTE MUST BE IN A BAG. Any food, trash, waste, placed in the outside can loosely without a bag is liable for an additional cleaning fee. Please help to reduce the amount of fluids loose in the can that would otherwise attract flies, maggots, and other pests. ABSOLUTELY NO TRASH OR FOOD WASTE SHOULD BE PLACED IN GREEN RECYLCE BIN. If so, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. PETS: Pet must be pre-approved Only non-shedding, hypoallergenic pets are allowed inside the property. Pets are not allowed on beds or on furniture at anytime Pet feces must be cleaned up both inside the unit and on the property grounds. If feces is left there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 Pets can not be washed/bathed in sinks or the tub. We do have a hose that is available in the backyard on the side of the property. Pet urinating indoors will result in a floor disinfecting fee Sinks/Tubs clogged with pet hair will result in an additional fee. Excessive pet hair (TBD by cleaners) found on sheets or furniture will result in additional cleaning fee
